Selfacy 1.3 – The Speed of Love

Love is born with solar flares
From two magnetic poles
It moves towards a higher plane
Where two halves make two wholes
Like a force of nature
Love shines in many forms
One night we are bathed in light
One day carried away in the storms…

…We don’t have to talk
We don’t even have to touch
I can feel your presence
In the silence that we share

Rush, “The Speed of Love”, Counterparts, 1993

Once Marcus got back to the isles, he moved Pepe in and they decided to move out of Marcus’s cramped home into a downtown apartment – closer to work for both of them, and offering stunning views.

Pepe picked up a job at the cop shop right away as his wish is to become an International Super Spy, and due to previous experience from his lifetime in Monte Vista, he is now Lt. Pepe.

And by that, I mean it wasn’t fair to make him start at level one in Sim Lau when he had made it to level 5 in Monte Vista.

I really can’t get over these two. Every time I let them be autonomous they’re doing something mushy like this 💜

Pepe’s checkin’ dat booty at the arcade after dinner at the steakhouse.

Marcus has taken up blogging.

Pepe looks pretty good in uniform with his nose buried in a book.

They’re even mushy when they’re asleep.

Pepe chats with his boss after work. Marcus begins work on his first novel, a drama titled Finding My Way.

For Date Night, it’s dinner at the steakhouse, followed by a visit to St. Bart’s Pavilion.

Marcus proposes, and Pepe excitedly accepts. Wasting no time, they have a private wedding under the stars.

They consummate their marriage, and decide if they’re ever going to have progeny they’ll need to start saving for a bigger place again.

Since they both have off due to the wedding, they need to make up the funds by other means, so Pepe heads to the gym to give out some Athletic training, while Marcus gets to work cranking out another novel. Sticking to the drama genre, this one is called Need Some Love.

Marcus’ hair color was adjusted to match mine IRL, as I dyed it recently.

Pepe has met a werewolf at the gym, gives her some pointers on her workout, and befriends her in the process.

Once home, Pepe catches up on paperwork while Marcus does the laundry.

For Love Day, a trip to the Spring Festival was in order.

Nothing is more romantic than a blueberry pie flavored kiss.

And I think that’s where we’ll leave this episode, folks. Stay tuned for another chapter soon!
