Life as a single mother isn’t easy. You only know you’ve done well once your kids are grown, and getting them there is tough. For this single-generation challenge, you will follow the life of a single mother of no less than 3 children, seeking to raise them to be productive members of society. The challenge is complete when all children have reached the “Young Adult” age stage without cheats or early aging AND have jobs of their own in alignment with their lifetime wishes.
Your founder sim:
- Must be female
- Must be created in CAS
- Must buy a lot no larger than 20×30
A toddler must also be created in CAS. You can make an additional sim for genetics purposes but they cannot be a part of your family for this challenge.
Use the “familyfunds” cheat to adjust your simoleons to 20,000 and build a house with the following amenities:
- Kitchen
- Bathroom
- Living Area
- Nursery
- Child’s Room
You may expand or decrease the size and design of your house as you wish but you must ALWAYS have these rooms.
Your founder may never marry, but must have and raise at least 2 more children from toddler stage or younger (woohoo, adoption, and alien abduction are all valid methods of achieving this). She may have romances but she may never ask the sims to move in. She cannot hire a maid or a butler, but babysitters are acceptable. Obviously the ideal career for this challenge is to be in the Daycare profession but any job, profession or method of self-employment is acceptable.
Standard challenge rules apply expect where above noted: your active family must remain your only active family until the challenge is complete, no cheats or cheaty cc objects, normal aging and high autonomy, minimal direction, etc.
